Rho Gammas are each active members of one of the thirteen Panhellenic Council chapters at Michigan State. Each was selected as a Recruitment Guide for groups of potential new members. Rho Gammas are required to disaffiliate from their chapter during recruitment in order to assist potential new members in the process.  They are required not to wear the letters or reveal what chapter they are form in order to be an unbiased resource for each potential new member. As a potential new member we encourage you to utilize your Rho gamma. She is your personal guide, a mentor who will listen, and a great source of information if you have questions or concerns.
